More than just repairs
Sometimes a club is broken. Sometimes it just isn't built the way you think it is. We can measure, adjust, repair, and rebuild clubs in-house — from a single grip to checking the specs across an entire iron set.
Austin runs the GolfX workshop. He's a PGA Associate, former college player and NCAA Head Coach, and still competes. That means the person working on your equipment understands not just how a club is assembled, but how changes in loft, lie, length and swing weight actually show up in the golf swing.

Loft & lie adjustments
We measure and adjust iron and wedge lofts and lie angles in-house. Have one club that looks wrong, or want an entire set checked against spec? Bring it in.
Swing-weight measurement & adjustment
We measure the swing weight of individual clubs or an entire set and correct inconsistencies when rebuilding, reshafting, shortening or lengthening clubs.
Reshafting
Steel and graphite shafts for drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons and wedges. Shaft removal, prep, installation, ferrules and final swing-weight check.
Length adjustments
Cut down or extend clubs and rebuild them to the appropriate finished length. We check the effect on swing weight rather than simply cutting and regripping.
Head & shaft swaps
Putting a new head on an existing shaft, moving a shaft into another head, adapter changes, or replacing damaged components.
Broken club repair
Snapped shafts, loose heads, damaged ferrules and other problems that keep a club out of the bag.
Full-set spec checks
Want to know whether your irons are actually built consistently? We check loft, lie, length and swing weight across the set, identify outliers and make adjustments where appropriate.
Pricing varies by job — we quote the work before we start. Most regrips are quick enough that you can wait for them in a bay.
