Do gift cards expire?+
No. They don't expire.
Where can I use a gift card?+
Anywhere we charge — bay bookings, lessons, memberships, anything in the pro shop. Online or in-person, same balance.
How does the recipient redeem it?+
They use the code at checkout when booking online, or they can present it at the register in person. Square handles the balance either way.
Can I check the balance?+
Yes — call the shop or ask at the register. We can look up any balance for you.
Can I add money to an existing gift card?+
Yes. Call or stop in and we'll top it up.
What if my recipient loses their gift card code?+
Treat the code like cash, but if it happens, we can sometimes recover via the original purchase email. Bring the buyer's info and we'll do our best.
Can businesses buy gift cards in bulk?+
